Talk to Torus Chief Executive and leadership team – special Q&A event

We would like to invite Torus customers – tenants and leaseholders - to attend a special live online event with Steve Coffey, Torus Chief Executive, and his leadership team.
During the event, Steve and the team will address the main concerns of customers, this will include improving communications, investing in homes and support available for customers during the cost-of-living crisis.
You will have the opportunity to pose questions in the chat to:
- Steve Coffey, Torus Group Chief Executive
- Cath Murray-Howard, Group Chief Operating Officer
- Paul Warburton, Group Housing Director
- Margaret Goddard, Group Assets Director

Time: 11am – 12 midday

Please note we will not be able to answer questions about specific properties or tenancies during the Q&A, please contact the Torus Customer Hub.
How to join
The quickest and easiest way to join the event is via Torus Talk, our closed Facebook group for Torus tenants and leaseholders.
If you are not on Facebook, but would still like to attend, please email your name and address to tenantvoice@torus.co.uk by Monday 22 January 2024.

Not able to attend?
If you are not able to attend, you can still submit questions for a response. You can also submit your questions before the event even if you are planning to attend.
