Tenancy Sustain Team
Torus has a team of Tenancy Sustainment Officers supporting customers to manage their tenancies and improve wellbeing. The Tenancy Sustain Team may be able to help with the following:
- Issues with hoarding and property condition
- Accessing health services including mental health
- Accessing substance misuse services
- Income, food, fuel and furniture poverty
- Immediate risk of homelessness
- Adults at risk of abuse or neglect
The Tenancy Sustain Team work with individuals and families to understand their needs and agree actions to turn the tenancy around.
A full needs assessment is completed to establish any support required working together with internal teams and external partners to deliver positive outcomes.
