  • Mental Health

Part of Torus Support Network, our supported housing schemes offer safe and secure, short and long-term accommodation for vulnerable people.

We have a variety of supported housing schemes across the heartlands, offering supported housing to help:

  • Those fleeing Domestic Abuse
  • People with mental health problems
  • People with learning disabilities to live independently
  • Homelessness

Support providers are on-site during the day and sometimes overnight depending on the customer’s needs.

Our supported housing service does not generally offer personal care and focuses on supporting vulnerable people to successfully sustain their tenancies, or move on to more independent, longer-term accommodation.

Supported housing can help you:

  • Move into your own, more independent accommodation in the community
  • Learn independent living skills
  • Manage your rent and budgets
  • Plan menus and live healthily
  • Access training and education
  • Find and keep paid work
  • Access tailored support to meet your needs

Supported housing is normally accessed via referral from an agency such as the relevant Local Authority, including Adult Social Care, Housing Options and various other partners working with vulnerable adults who require support.
