Our charitable arm, Torus Foundation, offers opportunities to improve your finances, support you with benefit claims, access employment and training, and help you to get online plus a range of other services and projects to make a difference to your life.
As an organisation we are committed to helping people remain safe, healthy, and happy at home for longer, the Torus Support Network teams do this by offering a variety of services, tailored to individual needs that help our customers remain independent, stay in control of their lives and enjoy a better quality of life, either in their own homes or in one of our supported housing schemes, as well as providing safe and secure housing for our older residents.
For those who may be struggling to manage their tenancy or pay their rent, we are here to help and always encourage you to tell us straight away if you are experiencing problems paying your rent.
Our dedicated Income, Tenancy Sustainment and Torus Foundation Teams are here to help you find solutions, such as agreeing affordable repayment plans and providing specialist advice on claiming benefits, maximising income and managing debt through.
We have the Community Investment Fund from Torus Foundation, a grants programme to help build inclusive and thriving communities but supporting projects and initiatives that are helping to empower tenants and the wider community across Liverpool, St Helens and Warrington.
