- Refurbishment, Band 3: £1 - £5 million
Working with Rise, HMS will provide a range of construction and contracting services to a number of public organisations with the sole purpose of benefitting communities across the North West.
Discussing HMS’ appointment to the Construction Framework, Managing Director of HMS, Paul Worthington, said: “As a not-for-profit organisation, supporting communities is integral to our DNA and it’s fantastic to partner with Rise on this Framework and know that our work will continue to benefit communities outside of our usual areas of operation.
“Knowing that the work the team delivers on the ground will address a number of real issues impacting people and communities across the North West is the primary reason we submitted a response to the Framework and we’re thrilled to begin works on projects that will not only improve and enhance the built landscape, but the opportunities and support available for communities themselves.”
