Customer Annual Report 2024 to 2025 is published

We are pleased to announce that we have published your Customer Annual Report for 2024 to 2025.

We have worked closely with our newly formed Tenant Editorial Panel to bring you this year’s report. The panel told us about how they wanted the report to look and the type of wording they preferred us to use. Ray Semple, Tenant Editorial Panel Chair, said:

“I’m very pleased that we have been part of the team to produce this annual report. It has been really great to be able to have our voice heard about what we wanted in the report and what it looked like. I’m really proud of the impact we have had. We have a feedback form, so we can find out what other Torus customers think of the report and what you would like in the next one.”

Customer Annual Report versions

  • Online PDF – suitable for you to access on your phone.
  • Accessible – use the ReachDeck accessibility tool. If you are using a computer to access the report, you can click on the stickperson icon on the top, right-hand side of the screen. If you use your mobile, you will need to click on the ‘burger’ menu (usually three horizontal lines) to access the report.
  • Printed versions will be available for you to collect from our public receptions and supported living schemes. While we want to keep our carbon footprint down and not print too many copies, we understand that some people need a printed version. Please email our Tenant Voice Team, tenantvoice@torus.co.uk, by 31 October 2025 to order your copy.
  • Alternative formats: you can also ask for the report in an alternative format, such as braille, large print, or a different language, by 31 October 2025. Call 0800 678 1894 (Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 12noon) or email tenantvoice@torus.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
