How to set up your account

All you need to do is activate your account using your date of birth, an email  address and your Tenancy Number (you’ll find this on your tenancy agreement).

Your Tenancy Number has 9 digits and starts with 1, 2 or 3:

  • Starts 1000: St Helens customers before September 2021.
  • Starts 2000: Warrington customers before September 2021.
  • Starts 3000: New customers from September 2021 / all Liverpool customers
