Please note that to provide the most secure and reliable service to our visitors the Torus Group websites will no longer support the Internet Explorer web browser.
We recommend upgrading to one of the latest Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Firefox browsers.

Part of Torus Support Network, our supported housing schemes offer safe and secure, short and long-term accommodation for vulnerable people.
We have a variety of supported housing schemes across the heartlands, offering supported housing to help:
Support providers are on-site during the day and sometimes overnight depending on the customer’s needs.
Our supported housing service does not generally offer personal care and focuses on supporting vulnerable people to successfully sustain their tenancies, or move on to more independent, longer-term accommodation.
Supported housing is normally accessed via referral from an agency such as the relevant Local Authority, including Adult Social Care, Housing Options and various other partners working with vulnerable adults who require support.
If you would like to speak to someone, or find out more about the support available, you can contact our Operations Manager Supported Housing and Domestic Abuse, Kayleigh Archbold, via Torus Customer Hub 0800 678 1894 or email@example.com.
