We’re delighted to announce the launch of our Annual Report for 2020/21, which is available to read online and in print.

The Annual Report provides an update on what we’ve achieved and the lessons we’ve learned over what has been a challenging year for all of us. It shows how we worked in partnership with tenants to provide quality homes, excellent services and grow stronger communities.

Our report takes a look back at our successes and challenges, and gives a snapshot of how we’re performing in a range of key areas; including putting tenants at the heart of everything we do, how we provide landlord services including: repairs, specialist housing, investing in homes, keeping you safe, customer service, dealing with complaints, developments and how we ensure value for money.

Throughout the pandemic, we’ve been striving to make a real difference across the communities we serve. Above all, we focused on supporting communities to deal with the impact of Covid-19 with tailored support for those who have been most affected by the crisis.

The report also explains how we invest, manage and monitor our money so we can do even more for you, your family and your neighbourhood. The 2020/21 report is available in the following formats:

• Printed copies will also be available in our communal areas and supported living schemes for residents.
