Torus Group Annual Inclusion Report 2024

The Torus Group Annual Inclusion Report 2024 is now available, highlighting the positive action the Group is making towards increasing diversity and embedding inclusion in everything they do to create a place where everyone belongs.
It’s the second report for the Group, which outlines the achievements and progress made in 2024 and reinforces a collective responsibility to know and understand Torus’ colleagues and customers to ensure services are tailored, effective and inclusive.
2024 at a glance
- Improved understanding of our customers through the Customer Insights Survey.
- National awareness events, including International Women’s Day, Neurodiversity Celebration Week, Pride, Disability Pride and Black History Month, diversity were celebrated, supporting and improving our understanding of Torus colleagues and communities.
- All Torus Group colleagues completed Customer Excellence training, pledging to better understand the needs of each customer
- Five Colleague Networks were officially established.
- Working closely with diverse communities on local projects.
Looking forward
The Group’s commitment to inclusion remains unwavering, and Torus will continue to drive a culture where all colleagues and customers feel valued, welcomed, respected, represented, heard and included. How this will be achieved will be outlined in the Torus Group Inclusion Strategy 2025 – 28, due out later this year.
