We are delighted to announce that an additional 50 managers have successfully graduated from our One Torus Management Development Programme. This significant milestone brings the total number of managers who have completed the ILM-accredited course, co-created by Torus and The Learning Foundry, to nearly 300.

This bespoke, one-year series of interactive training workshops has been designed to equip our managers with the essential skills and confidence required to lead, develop, motivate, and inspire their teams.

Speaking about the ILM accreditation, Debbie Attwood, Group People Director, reflected:

The programme has not only equipped them with the skills and knowledge to enhance their roles, but it has also empowered them in their professional development journey.
