Love Your Loyalty

14 February 2024

Torus has announced the launch of a new initiative to recognise the efforts, hard work and long-term commitment of its colleagues.

‘Love Your Loyalty’ is a new long service scheme that recognises and celebrates colleagues who have reached one of the schemes milestones. What better way than on Valentine’s Day to show our appreciation and recognise 356 colleagues from across the Torus Group who have achieved a significant milestone in their career. Together, they have a combined total of 5680 years’ service between them which is a fantastic achievement.

Steve Coffey, Group Chief Executive said:

“We are immensely proud of our colleagues for their dedication and long-term commitment to deliver a service for our customers and communities. We’re thrilled to shine a spotlight on our outstanding people and to thank them for their hard work over the years."

Bill Johnstone, Developments Surveyor who celebrates 50 years’ service commented:

“I am proud to receive my 50 year’s long service award. I like the difference Torus is making to its communities through the houses it is building. It's hard not to be motivated to do the best you can when ultimately, you’re building people’s homes and creating opportunities for even more families and young people to get on the housing ladder.”
