We will use all the tools and powers available and do work closely with partners to tackle ASB and are prepared to take firm action against any tenant or members of their household who blight the lives of others, disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood and behave in a way that shows no regard for their neighbours, Torus employees or contractors or Torus property.
Torus take this opportunity to remind tenants that breaching the terms of their tenancy, if proven, may ultimately put their home at risk and not only in relation to ASB, hate crime and harassment but also where they, or a member of their household engage in riot related offences.
